A native of Leelanau County, I currently live
just southwest of Traverse City. I have one
grown son, Ben and a precious little girl - a
Coton de Tulear named Winnie Bean. She is
7.5 pounds of energy and fun! Previously, I
was a proud mom to Brandy, a beautiful
yellow Labrador, and Bandit, a wonderful
Sheltie mix.
My background is in Human Ecology -
Clothing, Textiles and Design. I was a buyer
for Crowley's and Milliken's department stores
and co-owned and operated Evergreen
Gallery for 13 years. I am a fiber artist,
presently weaving beads into jewelry and I
enjoy sewing and weaving baskets. I also
offer clothing alterations when I'm not busy
taking care of pets.
